This original August 21, 1979 advance ticket (maeuriken) for Rocky II featuring sharp colors, intact text, and a crisp issue stamp from the historic Shizuoka Yurakuza (静岡有楽座). Located inside the Seikatsu Kaikan building along the vibrant Shichimacho theater street in Shizuoka City, this premier post-war cinema opened in 1957 as a central hub for major roadshow releases alongside its sister theater, the Orion-za. Though not to be confused with Tokyo's famous Toho-operated Yurakuza in Ginza, this regional landmark faithfully served moviegoers for over five decades before permanently closing its doors in October 2011, marking the end of a classic standalone theater era.
